Sheryl is the owner and Creative Director of LMG-an inspiring blend of creativity, leadership and vision. A passionate entrepreneur and dedicated mom, she specializes in creative marketing and brand elevation. Outside of work, Sheryl loves adventures with her fiancé Ian and 3 daughters, cooking up something delicious in the kitchen, or staying active on the tennis court.

Ian is a LMG owner and Director of Operations-and one of the driving forces behind our team's success. With a passion for innovation and a sharp eye for detail, he brings fresh ideas, creative strategy and strong leadership to every project. Outside the studio, you will find him working on cars, playing tennis, or spending time with his fiancé Sheryl and their 3 daughters.

Zach is the creative force behind our bold, high-impact websites.  A web designer by trade and a baseball player at heart, Zach brings strategy, precision and creativity to every project. When he's not designing, he collects sports cards and loves to hang with his lovely girlfriend Justine and their cats, Tony and Tula. 

Anthony is the creative mind behind many of our standout visuals. With a passion for capturing personality through video and a successful YouTube channel, he brings energy, talent and heart to every project. He enjoys hanging with friends and spending time with his wife Deanna and their cute mini goldendoodle, Remy.
